Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
